This family photographer is going off with my family on a road trip to California! And preparing lenses, camera equipment, is all SO important! I will be mostly driving, as I’m helping one of my daughters move there, but I’ll be back on May 7th with photos. If I’m able to blog while on the road, I DEFINITELY will! Meanwhile, please visit my Facebook page, and if you’re not yet connected to me there, just find me under SnapHappy Photos, and “friend” me!

Happy Easter |
by admin
Wishing everyone a blessed Easter Sunday!!! I love my pets, and I think pets make us better people. I love photographing dogs, and my husband helps me out, getting the dog’s attention. It’s all in the planning, making sure we have enough treats, and LOTS of patience. I hope I meet your pet for an extra special portrait of the two of you!

Corporate Photography – Is your time valuable? |
by admin
Your website is often the first place a potential client learns about your business. And he or she will very likely look at your bio, which usually includes a photo of you. It’s important to portray yourself as a professional, and have a professional Business Photo. One of the things that makes me different is that I bring my studio to you – complete with lights, background (if needed), and other equipment. I will set up and take down my “studio”, and all you have to do is come in for a few minutes, so I can photograph a few poses. I’ll share the photos I’m taking, so you have an idea of how you’re coming out, and you can even pick out your favorites right there. I can process and get the digital jpgs to you very quickly if you’re in a hurry, but even my normal turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, maximum. Also, I’m very accomodating with meeting your schedule, and have flexibility with early morning or late afternoon shoots.

Event Photography |
by admin
I’d love to know what you are looking for from your event photos. Is it the spontaneous moments? Is it the ambience of your event? the flowers? the decor? I will do that and a WHOLE lot more. Let me tell the story of your day, from beginning to end.
We’ll get together in advance, so I can listen to what you want, and hear what’s most important to you.
